about kimberly
in 2007 after many years as an interior designer, vintage collector and seamstress extraordinaire, kimberly decided to fast forward her passions for design and find a way to promote her unique vision and point of view.
over the next three years kimberly would move to los angeles, develop both rtw and couture collections, co-design a full runway collection for Mercedes Benz fall 2008 fashion week and appear as herself on the TLC reality series bikini or bust, .
kimberly's creations, each handmade, feature intricate beading, embroidery, raw edges, meticulous detailing and use of high end, recycled and vintage materials.
as quickly as they were finished, kimberly's pieces began appearing on fashion forward celebrities like courtney love and juliet lewis and have been featured in fashion spreads for ocean, glitterati, la direct , 944, s magazine and blackbook.
over the past few years kimberly has been selected to participate in fashion events for genart and nolcha, and was a recent project runway casting finalist. kimberly is currently residing with her family of four along inspiring florida beaches, creating her signature "runway" collection for spring 2011, which she will be showing for the first time at fashion week tampa bay, as well as a new, more affordable, companion "reality" collection that will be marketed to buyers worldwide. kimberly's collections are currently available online and in los angeles, miami, and new york .
